All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Contact details, Name and Invoice Number must be sent with all returned items, failure to do so will result in delayed refunds.
All returned items must be in original and resalable condition including packaging to receive a full refund. Refund will be given within 14 business days of CAPS Automotive receiving the item.
Please wherever possible double check that the correct part has been purchased and received before attempting to fit the part to the vehicle.
If an incorrect item has been purchased or received we will wherever possible request the item be returned to us in resalable condition and supply the correct part if available.
CAPS Automotive prides itself on identifying the correct part first time however catalogues and Industry Cross References are not always 100% accurate and understand that often certain vehicles may have two or more different parts for the same application to ensure you are receiving the correct part for your vehicle you will need to provide us your vehicles VIN number or send us the part number from the original part fitted to your Vehicle.
